Saskatchewan Pediatric Auditory Rehabilitation Centre (SPARC), is part of the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital located in Saskatoon.The Elks founded it in the early 1970's where hundreds of children have been helped. SPARC is a pioneer in cochlear implant technology.
